  • Custom Homepage – $150 – create a custom homepage for your website beyond the templated ones included (example)
  • Custom Internal Pages – $75 – create a template for custom internal pages for your blog, about me or lead capture
  • Google Search Console and Analytics Setup – $50 – allows you to track and analyze your website’s traffic
  • Content Writing – $100 per page – for detailed information pages about buying or selling, neighborhoods or life in Savannah
Social Media Setup - $100

If you aren’t already on social media and need the accounts initially set up for you so you can manage them yourself, this option includes full set up of your professional account on any of your preferred platforms.

  • Profile picture and cover photo cropped to specific platform dimensions
  • Add call to action buttons and website links where possible
  • Integrate Circlepix for automatic posting
Transaction Coordinator - $250 per transaction
  • Review contract and addendums for a complete file
  • Coordinate with lender, closing attorney and clients to ensure the process is moving smoothly
  • Keep track and send reminders for contingency dates
  • Provide moving information to clients including utility information and recommended vendors
  • Schedule showings and request feedback for listing clients
  • Map and schedule showings for buyer clients
Custom Print Marketing - $25-75 per piece

Create custom print marketing pieces including post cards, calendars, flyers etc. and assist with EDDM if desired. Future changes to pieces $10-$25.

Lead Pages - $100 per page

Create fully custom lead pages with autoresponder, download and video capability.

Social Media Management - $250 per month

You know you should be posting but can’t find the time? Maintain a regular calendar of posting, responding to comments and questions and ad campaign management if desired.

Blogging - $125 per post

Blogging can drive traffic to your website through social media sharing and through search results and while it takes some time to grow your audience, a regularly maintained blog can bring in a significant number of interested readers. It is recommended to plan for at least 2-4 posts per month for results.
